Shipping Policy

National shipping costs (Spain) are € 3.99 per order.

For orders over € 30, shipments are free.

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of payment to the address indicated by the customer during the order, except for holidays, the delivery period will start from the first business day.

  • Germany:2 - 5 days

  • Italy:2 - 5 days
  • Austria:2 - 5 days

  • Czech Republic:4 - 6 days
  • Greece:4 - 6 days

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

Usually all our shipments are made by the Correos Exprés transport company.

All our shipments are made with cardboard boxes and/or protective envelopes against shocks.

In the event that at the time of delivery you are not at the shipping address, the transport agency will leave a note of attempted delivery, please contact them as soon as possible and close a day and time slot for delivery of the package .

If in the second delivery attempt they also could not make the delivery, they would again leave you a delivery notice note but in this case, the package would already remain in the office of the transport agency for 15 days. If after these days the package has not been collected, it will be returned to our facilities.

At the time of order delivery, please:

- Check that the package or packages are in good condition.

- In case the box is damp or wet, do not accept the package and notify us at info@ommbio.com. We will send you a replacement for damaged products at no cost.
