Orders that are canceled before the shipment is effective will be paid at no cost. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package has already been sent, it will be considered a return.
Returns can be made up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
A return cannot be made if there are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions. It is mandatory to return properly protected products, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Once it has been verified that the product has been received in perfect condition, we will refund the amount thereof.
The cost of sending the return is paid by the customer.
Any return due to breakage or incidence during transport must be communicated to our customer service department (email@example.com) within 24 hours after the product is delivered, attaching all the necessary information such as photos of the status of the product or of the packaging. In this case, the return and replacement of the affected product will have no cost for the customer, or recipient (in the case of a gift).
Any package that does not have the identifying elements of the buyer (order number, name, surname and address) will not be accepted.
The return of the ordered products will give rise to the reimbursement of all the amounts paid by the client less the cost of transportation.
We will not accept any change or return if we have not previously received any notification and the reason for which the order is returned to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
